What to include in your email
To help us solve your issue as fast as possible, please include:
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air)
- Your iOS version
- The Munchy Blob app version (Settings → About)
- A short description of what happened and what you expected
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if relevant
Common topics
Restoring purchases. If you previously unlocked all levels and can't see them on a new device, open the paywall and tap "Restore Purchases."
Lost progress. Progress is saved locally on your device. Deleting the app removes it. We're happy to help where we can — email us.
Refunds. All in-app purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy. See our privacy policy — we collect no personal data.
